I didn’t start Volume with a big team or a perfect plan, I started it with a passion for the craft, a vision for something better, and a belief that hair is about so much more than how it looks. Like many stylists, I began behind the chair, learning through long days, loyal clients, mistakes, growth, and a whole lot of heart. Every chapter shaped not only my skills, but the kind of space I wanted to build.

Over time, that vision grew into the salon it is today… A place rooted in creativity, education, and community. What started as a personal dream has turned into a collaborative environment where artists are supported, clients are truly seen, and quality always comes first. Growth didn’t happen overnight, and it definitely didn’t happen alone, it came from consistency, trust, and staying true to the values that mattered to me and my team from the very beginning.

As a salon owner and leader, my style is hands-on, honest, and people first. I believe in leading by example, encouraging individuality, and creating a culture where learning never stops. My goal has always been to empower my team to feel confident, inspired, and proud of the work they do, while making every client feel welcomed, heard, and cared for the moment they walk through the door.
