Salon Policies
At Volume, we believe in treating every guest (and stylist) with empathy and respect. We understand that life happens, kids get sick, traffic hits, meetings run late, and we’re all just doing our best. Our policies are designed not to punish, but to help us stay organized, protect our team’s time, and ensure we can continue serving you and every guest fairly.
Our goal is always to be flexible when we can, and fair when we can’t. We promise to communicate openly, handle each situation with care, and always come from a place of understanding.
Cancellations & No-shows
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you, however we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, therefore we kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

A cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service scheduled.

If you 'no show' you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Any guest who cancels within less than 24 hours or 'no call/no show' to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

Lateness
​​​Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services to stay on schedule for all following appointments. After a fifteen minute grace period, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Service Adjustments
​We want you to love your hair! If any changes are needed, haircut and color adjustments must be scheduled within two weeks of your original appointment. Adjustments requested after this timeframe may incur additional charges.
Refunds
​​​Refund requests are at management's discretion and issued accordingly. Prices and polices are subject to change.​
