Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you, however we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, therefore we kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

A cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service scheduled.

​

If you 'no show' you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

​

Any guest who cancels within less than 48 hours or 'no call/no show' to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 48-hour time frame.

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Volume Hair Studio’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services to stay on schedule for all following appointments.  After a fifteen minute grace period, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Refund Requests are at management's discretion and issued accordingly.
